Sarmistha Maiti and Rajdeep Paul are an Indian directing duo working in Bengali, both graduates of the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute. Their feature documentary At the Crossroads (2013), on the Kolkata drummer Nondon Bagchi, received a Special Mention in the non-feature section of the National Film Awards. Their fiction debut Kalkokkho world-premiered in the New Currents competition at Busan in 2021.
