Avik Mukhopadhyay is an FTII-trained cinematographer and the most decorated living Bengali director of photography, with four National Film Awards for Best Cinematography. He shot most of Rituparno Ghosh’s mature work, including Chokher Bali and Raincoat, and has worked with Mrinal Sen, Aparna Sen and Anik Dutta.
